Have you contacted the technical department yet? These documents have to be sent to the downtown office by fax. It is still down.

Amy Timber

2:16 P.M.

Yes, I called them this morning, but they said they wouldn’t be able to send the technician until next week.

Susie Miller

2:17 P.M.

Oh, my goodness! The deadline for these documents is this afternoon. I guess I’ll have to deliver them myself.

Amy Timber

2:17 P.M.

But… in 30 minutes, you have a meeting with clients, don’t you?

Right! It’s an important meeting. To make matters worse, I have another appointment with a vice president after the meeting.

This is a great opportunity for all employees to learn more about the company’s work in different areas. If interested, please contact Ms. Angela Walsh by February 2. All airfare, accommodation and conference expenses will be covered.

Sincerely yours,

Ronald Simpson
